We set up your specific version of Findology, either as a cloud service or on your internal IT infrastructure, in consultation with your IT department. Once set up, we provide training on the use of Findology to your key staff.

While Findology software is available for DIY use, we also provide comprehensive services at every stage. We can handle the document uploads, execute the tools, offer guidance on tagging, create relevant and effective tags and more. Inquire about packages tailored to meet your specific needs.

Legacy hard-copy documents need to be scanned before being added to Findology. During upload, the content is extracted using optical character recognition processes to make the documents immediately searchable. If bulk scanning is done with multiple documents in a single scan file, it is vital that these are separated into individual documents before uploading. We can assist with both bulk scanning and document splitting services.

Findology customers are welcome to call on us during business hours. In addition, we monitor your version of Findology and ensure data backups, data security checks and system health checks are done properly and regularly.
